JBU raises “Canaan”

Jim Baen’s Universe is taking my novella "Canaan."  Editor Eric Flint tells me it’s slated for the October 2009 issue. Holy frijoles, am I happy to make this sale. It’s official:  2008 has been a very good year for me, writing-wise.
