It is now March 1st.  The vernal equinox is on March 20th, at 12:32 CDT.  And you know what that means.

You have 20 days to pack your crap and get the hell off my lawn.  That’s it.  20 days.  Consider this your eviction notice. 

And don’t bother asking for an extension.
